Who is Golf?

Golf has been my friend for many many years!  We met at Washington State University where she was an international student.  Over the years and miles we have kept in touch.   Golf is Thai and is an amazing Thai cook!  Many of the recipes in this blog are from Golf's kitchen.  She currently resides in Penang, Malaysia but spends most of free time in her native home of Krabi, Thailand.
